Late this Sunday afternoon, while listening to a news report on Hurricane Gustov, I had a flashback to three years ago when, immediately following Katrina, I paid the then exorbitant sum of $3.30 per gallon of gasoline, right here in Wolfeboro.
Following Katrina by only a day or two gas prices rose dramatically and then went down again fairly fast in the following few weeks.
Not wishing to get caught with a low tank during another sharp increase, I went to town and filled up. You too might want to avoid getting caught in a price surge this September.

Maybe this time they'll turn out the lights in New Orleans and leave it under water forever.
It would be a lot less expensive for all of us.

You are right, DF. For some reason I didn't comprehend. We got it for 3.59 thinking that was better. None is cheap any more, just relatively!
