So what do you think it is Tis?

A new Gitmo?

Preperation for a natual disaster?

On the second video you posted it didn't show the coffins nor did the first video show the detention facility being built. Do you think they are related in some way?

Who was filming the second video that had access to all that inside informaiton?

How'd you hear about this?

The answer appears to be somewhere in the comments at the bottom the "video" page.

Since Georgia would make a quick, centralized location for a response to a Cat-5 hurricane strike in the southeastern states (SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, TX), it would make sense to have them ready for a disaster even beyond what FEMA would normally respond to.

Among the first things needed after a hurricane is ice, and FEMA ice was stored in Maine, where temperatures (and ice-storage costs) are lower.

Why that decision was criticized during a Bush administration, I have no idea.

Why is there a date of 1/23/13 on the second video?

CW - There you go with your crazy talk again. If it was a camp for FEMA victims after a storm then why would it have bars / fence etc and why would it be such a secret vs. an open well promoted option for the future?

You're not making sense. Who really cares about ice in Maine?

I said it was a camp for hurricane victims?

People who live in a seasonal severe weather zone need a substitute for the refrigeration which is lost when all the power lines are destroyed. The first need is clean water, which ice also provides after its primary function is used up.

Ice stored in the event of a late-season hurricane is best stored in a cold climate, within just a 24-hour refer-truck drive to the site of the disaster.

You're right you did say Hurricane but why limit yourself to just hurricanes? Why not tornados or bombings or any other thing FEMA might come to the rescue on?

I don't know DF. I just don't know what to think but it is creepy. I agree with you if it was just for victims of hurricanes why would they have barbed wire and chains etc. And why all those coffins? And I didn't post the link but there are hundreds or thousands of trains all over the country that have only benches and chains. I have heard it a few times on the radio the people calling up saying they saw the camps or the trains or the coffins and everybody is wondering what they are for. Then I met a kid getting gas who mentioned it and told me to look it up one the computer which I thought I would do, did and there it is. You couldn't see the coffins in the link ? I think if you go to REX 84 there is some stuff.
That's why I asked what everyone else thought. I just don't know.
