It just hit me today that the DPW has to hire in a storm drain vacuum every time it rains to prevent flooding at the culvert near NAPA on Bay Street. Didn't that section of road, including the culvert just get replaced a year or so ago?

If I remember that fix was "temporary" to be replaced by a bridge there (!?) and tied to sidewalks up to Taylor Homes.
