The town recognizes
that recreation is an important part of the Wolfeboro experience and
contributes to the community’s tourism appeal and economic well-being.
The mission is to provide high quality, diverse recreational
opportunities for residents and visitors of all ages. Through
structured programs and available facilities, Wolfeboro maintains to
create a year-round (four season) recreation program, which, while
serving the recreational needs of local residents, also contributes to
the economic health of the community.
