My law practice is focused on the needs of our aging population. I provide legal advice on financing nursing home and in-home care; estate and incapacity planning using wills and/or trusts, medical and financial durable powers of attorneys and guardianships; and assist in probate estate and trust administration. I am the editor of "Elder Law Portfolio Series" published by Aspen Publishers of New York, New York; a lecturer for the National Business Institute on Medicaid Eligibility and Planning for Incapacity and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. and the New Hampshire Bar's section on Probate, Estate, and Elder Law. I am also the Trustee of the Mary Martin, Blake Folsom and James Martin Charitable Trusts. My wife, Delina, and I participate in the Village Players Community Theater and the Wolfeboro Fire Rescue Department.
